    Free shipping on all USA orders over $100. $5.99 flat rate for all orders under $100. We ship within 1-2 business days (Mon, Wed and Fri mornings). All orders are shipped 2-4 Day USPS Ground from our facility in Kentucky. International shipping can be calculated at checkout.

    SHELF LIFE?

    Best if consumed within 1 year. They are always shipped super fresh (usually made within a couple days of shipping). Note some customers have reported eating them 2 years after receiving. If you are wanting to keep them much longer, freezing them is always an option.

    GLUTEN FREE?

    Yep! We source gluten free oats just to be sure.

    VEGAN?

    Yes! Even the chocolate chips ;)

    DAIRY FREE?

    Yes!

Very good!

Tasty and easy to eat. Also, portable and light-weight. Would love more high protein flavor choices—maybe peanut butter, lemon, cherries & chocolate, raspberries & chocolate, and/or chai.

The perfect bar for me.

Excellent taste, high fat content which provide lasting energy, lots of protein for recharging/repairing muscles, low sodium for the amount of calories and very low sugar content (two bars contain less than half of the sugar content of one, much smaller bar, of a popular brand ). Thank you for the exceptional product!
