    Free shipping on all USA orders over $100. $5.99 flat rate for all orders under $100. We ship within 1-2 business days (Mon, Wed and Fri mornings). All orders are shipped 2-4 Day USPS Ground from our facility in Kentucky. International shipping can be calculated at checkout.

    SHELF LIFE?

    Best if consumed within 1 year. They are always shipped super fresh (usually made within a couple days of shipping). Note some customers have reported eating them 2 years after receiving. If you are wanting to keep them much longer, freezing them is always an option.

    GLUTEN FREE?

    Yep! We source gluten free oats just to be sure.

    VEGAN?

    Yes! Even the chocolate chips ;)

    DAIRY FREE?

    Yes!

If there were six stars I’d give it six!!

I have terrible gut issues. Varying dx. I am vegetarian, mostly vegan, dairy free and gluten free. It’s very hard to find something that gives me the protein I need during/after long days of hiking and that tastes good. I am hooked on these meal bars as my go to food to pack!!! Sometimes even when I’m not hiking and I just need to increase my days protein intake I eat a good belly bar too!!! They check off all the boxes for me!!!! And my belly doesn’t kill me after eating them!!!! Thank you thank you thank you!!!

High on nutritional value and energy. Tastes good. Mill down some of the ingredients a tiny bit more so it’s less crumbly for 5+ stars.
