    Free shipping on all USA orders over $100. $5.99 flat rate for all orders under $100. We ship within 1-2 business days (Mon, Wed and Fri mornings). All orders are shipped 2-4 Day USPS Ground from our facility in Kentucky. International shipping can be calculated at checkout.

    SHELF LIFE?

    Best if consumed within 1 year. They are always shipped super fresh (usually made within a couple days of shipping). Note some customers have reported eating them 2 years after receiving. If you are wanting to keep them much longer, freezing them is always an option.

    GLUTEN FREE?

    Yep! We source gluten free oats just to be sure.

    VEGAN?

    Yes! Even the chocolate chips ;)

    DAIRY FREE?

    Yes!

Nice having the option of extra protein

Quick and east trail meal

I brought these on a 4-day hike (avg. 15/mi per day) for my daily lunch. They were super quick and convenient, and I felt full and energized after eating the bars. It was so nice to have one thing to just open and eat vs. having to prepare something on the trail. I did get a little bored of the flavor by the end of the trip, so next time I might try to mix it up with some of the original GB bars. I really appreciated the high protein version, which fit with my mileage and other macro goals right now. Thanks, Greenbelly!
